Harm Janssen

Mr. Harm Janssen is CEO and chairman of the board of BPD Europe since 2023, the company which he joined in 2011. Before joining BPD, he was a local authority councilor and acting mayor for the Dutch municipality of Utrecht. BPD is the largest project and area developer in the Netherlands and a top 3 player in Germany. In 2019 BPD established ‘BPD Woningfonds’, a fund consisting of sustainable and affordable new-build mid-priced rental properties for middle-income households in the Netherlands.
